How does the time clock work?: Staff clock in and out on their phone or on a shared device at the workplace, with GPS position if you want it. Hours land on the right shift straight away and become the basis for approval and pay – no manual entry needed.
Can the schedule respect rest periods and availability?: Yes. While building the schedule you see staff availability, shifts already assigned and warnings when rest-period rules or overtime limits are at risk.
How do worked hours turn into pay?: Approved hours, unsocial-hours pay, overtime, absence and supplements are calculated to your collective agreement into a finished payroll basis with payslips and bank files, or exported to Fortnox or Visma.
Do employees need training to get started?: No. Employees use the app for schedules, clocking, shift swaps and absence. We help you with setup, settings and integrations.
Can tips be distributed automatically?: Yes. You choose the distribution rules – for example per worked hour or per role – and the system calculates the split and adds it to the payroll basis.
