Terms of Use

These terms apply between Nordic Sidekick AB and the customer who subscribes to ShiftCore. By using the service, the customer accepts these terms.

The service is provided as a subscription billed per user and month according to the current price list. The customer is responsible for ensuring the number of users is correct.

The customer is responsible for ensuring accounts are used by the correct persons, that permissions are set correctly, and that login credentials are handled securely.

The customer owns its data. We only process it to deliver and improve the service and in accordance with the data processing agreement entered into.

We work to ensure high availability but reserve the right to planned maintenance and disruptions outside our control. Support is provided on weekdays 09:00–16:00.

The service is provided as a support tool for staff and payroll administration. The customer is responsible for checking the underlying data before payment and reporting to authorities.

The subscription can be terminated in accordance with the agreement. On termination, the customer can export its data before the account is closed.
